i’m pretty sure i have Sleep Apnea. advise?

i know i need to schedule a sleep study, but the idea just makes me nervous. Also, can anyone tell me whether or not you can sleep comfortably while wearing a C-Pap mask? i don’t know how i could sleep with that on my face…

The sleep study, really, is no problem. I thought I wouldn’t be able to sleep but I was wrong. Out like a light.
CPAP masks are adjustable and the Respiratory Therapist setting it up will help and advise you on comfort. You’ll sleep like a baby, oopps, that’s how you’re sleeping now, waking up every two hours cranky and hungry.Seriously, you’ll really appreciate being able to rest properly.
Yes, sometimes very fussy people have problems with it but even they get used to it.
